Cancellation policy

At Tribe Gallery, we currently do not offer subscription-based products or recurring purchase plans. All purchases made through our website are treated as one-time orders.

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable if no payment has been collected.

Tribe Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
